HERE ARE SOME TIPS:
- If you have a present job keep it, you need the cash.
- Build a business round the skills you already possess
- Use the resources ( residence, savings, family etc)
- Sell a product OR service people want
- Network with people – attend events and trade shows, where there are potential investors
- Get customer to pay up front, be careful of the favors you do especially for friends, (that cannot pay your bills)
- Do as much of the work yourself.
- Gather a feedback from your customers and always follow up
